Bar Lines and Tempo Map

Not my normal way of working, but I recorded the children in my class singing a song with a pro guitarist. We didn't use a click track as he doesn't like them. I had the bright idea of adding other instruments in the studio i.e. my guitars, keyboards, bass, drums etc to fill out the sound. Obviously the tempo of the original varies and so I made a tempo map which works well. However I would like the bar lines to fall into the correct place to help with any midi editing I need to do ie I am not a great drummer and make many mistakes whilst playing throughout the entire length of the song!

Anyone have any ideas how this can be achieved? Many thanks.

If you have extracted a tempo map, set project from clip will do that. This video shows how to do what you are doing from start to finish.
