How about singing in the shower?
Do you prefer genuine ceramic tile or is a fiberglass all in one ok?

I tried to do a double blind test, but it doesn't work because I'm not as dirty for the second part.
In order, then, to discover the limit of deepest tones, it is necessary not only to produce very violent agitations in the air but to give these the form of simple pendular vibrations. - Hermann von Helmholtz, predicting the role of the electric bassist in 1877.

Oh please, this is a no-brainer! Genuine ceramic tile all the way! Kids today, with their fiberglass this, and their fiberglass that, have no appreciation for the acoustical wonder that is ceramic tile. Naturally, I'm talking glazed tile. Unglazed? All bets are off.

Ceramic tile all the way. One piece fiberglass showers have too much resonance. Try this simple test. Drop a plastic shampoo bottle in a fiberglass shower. Then drop the same bottle in a tile shower.

The trick about the shower is, "no one can hear you?" At least for me? I'm a singer, and a good one. But I'm self concious about singing in front of people? When I can sing alone, in my studio, is when I sing best... Likewise? If you're in the shower? And there's no one around? And people are either in another part of the house? Or out of the house... You can sing better, "because you're uninhibited..." It all has to do with our inhibitions. "I also found it helpful to set up a second mic at the oppisite end to capture that extra body. :-)" And an extra body in the shower? Priceless...

It doesn't matter where I sing, nobody wants to hear it. Not even my dog - he won't howl along even tho I know I'm huring his ears. @
https://soundcloud.com/a-pleasure-dome http://www.bnoir-film.com/ there came forth little children out of the city, and mocked him, and said unto him, Go up, thou bald head; go up, thou bald head. 24 And he turned back, and looked on them, and cursed them in the name of the Lord. And there came forth two she bears out of the wood, and tare forty and two children of them.
