All it means is that X1 has a track or buss going to a buss that has no output.

Check your track outs and your buss outs.

You have a/some tracks assigned to a silent bus. This is desirable in some very specific cases btw. Here's what Noel B. has to say about it.

    "Noel"
Check if your Master bus has any sends assigned to "None" since that would also trigger this.
There is a Cakewalk.ini flag that can be used to suppress this warning.
Go into Preferences | Initialization file, add a variable called WarnSilentBuses and set it to 0.

If like me you have some busses assigned to none you'll get the warning. You can stop it by adding & setting a Variable in the Preferences->Initialisation file WarnSilentBuses=0
