Inspector Shows Track View?

Inspector Shows Track View?

 Suddenly, the Inspector does not show the normal Track | Clip | Pro Chennel views: instead it is like a window of the track view: in other words, what I see on the right in the track view is mirrored in the Inspector so I see a second image of the left-hand portion of all the tracks. This has happened once before but I don't know what caused it or how to fix it.

    Could you post a screen shot of it? I can't think of what would cause that.
