My Pro Channel Does not work!!

I recently upgraded my computer and I am running the latest version of x1.  Build 533 64 bit.  My pro channel will let me turn it on, but it does not work.   None of the functions do.  I have read on here about people re-scanning the vst instruments, and that is a fix. I have done so several times and no pro channel.  Help... I was running 32 bit before I upgraded my computer and it worked...I do know how to use it...  Any suggestions?

    Did you update the PC modules to 1.01?

    Also how did you do your upgrading? Did you follow the instructions for X1 Expanded D?

    hmm something has to be out of wack or ou didntt turn the acual modules on.

    if you update correctly to X1d expanded, he modules should be updated

    ok well ou have to update to X1d from X1c and no quick fix. i believe it is build 425 that ou must uupdatte from.

    Did ouu install X1 and then X1c and then X1d or was tthere a quick fix or something installed?

    you can always uninstall and reinstall to be sure.

    He has build 533. That indicates to me he has successfully updated.

    I could be wrong though. I am at a loss to explain his situation.

    I had just updated my computer new hd and everything.  It was a fresh install.  I called tech support and they told me to download x1. then x1c and x1d.  I went from 32 to 64 bit.

    Which PC are you using is it on the buss or on a track? Is it pre or post FX bin?

    Are you sure you turn it on? There is a on button at the top.

    There is a problem in understanding this because a lot of us have Expanded and there are some differences. I am not sure of the setup on the PC in an unexpanded version.

    The bus of track does not work.  I can click to power buttons and hear a the click turning it on, but it does not respond to settings or even presets.

    Alright. Can you adjust the EQ? I am not asking that it works I am simply asking if you can change the plot.

    No eq adjustment. No tube saturation either.
