X1d patch - ran 32 bit, 64 bit won't go

Even though I'm still not using X1, I finally decided it was time to at least keep it up to date. I've had the C patch for some time. So today I downloaded the D patch. I ran it first for the 32 bit version, and that went fine. But when I returned to run the patch again, this time for the 64 bit version, it wouldn't open, just kept spinning. I looked in Task Manager - the patch wasn't still running. I re-booted the computer, it still wouldn't go. Any ideas? RB

    Update - I gave it more time, tried for the 10th time, and it worked. SO - Never Mind. RB
