problem reporter statuses - what do they mean? how many are there?

ay up - like everyone else who tried, my sonar auto-reported the "double-click prochannel header" and the "drag midi fx" bugs (http://forum.cakewalk.com.m.aspx?m=2529404&mpage=3 ) and the status two weeks later is now "Status changed" (with an addendum of "The current status of your report does not allow new messages to be sent or files to be uploaded") - what does this status mean, and how to get an update or "meaningful" status...? i did look at willy's blog (http://blog.cakewalk.com/...m-report-to-cakewalk/) but it shed no light... tia
