UA-25EX's output recording

I'm running the UA-25EX on win XP 32bit and I'd like to record some stuff out of the internet through my soundcard, a bit like they do with AudioHijack on MacOS X. is there any way I can do this?

    You can do that without an interface by setting your recording device in Windows to your built-in sound card and setting your recording device in your DAW (or any sound recording software for that matter - Audacity will do) to Stereo Mix of that card, or Primary Sound Driver (which may be a Win7 thing only-not sure).
