non-linear summer?!?!?
I got junk e-mail from Waves Audio today … something about summer being non-linear. Are they referring to time or some other aspect of summer? Is time even linear … and if it’s not, how will it affect my summer vacation plans.
I tell you, ever since I bought the Kramer Tapes, Tubes and Transistors bundle, they have been messing with my head.

I have a similar experience when using Magnetic II......all of sudden, things of useless value keep sticking to my head......(possibly an adverse effect of the metal plate)..

I've found that that stumbling through time in a non-linear fashion will fit me pretty well since I can't draw a straight line.
...Or I will find that out.
Or not.
I will have needed more crayons to get this afternoon right. Good thing I used them earlier.
What weren't we talking about?

According to the Theory of Relativity, time is not strictly linear. But I suspect you knew that. Since time passes more slowly the closer you are to a gravitational field, and since it will also be affected by your velocity relative to your home or destination, you may want to account for this. And sipping icy cold drinks on the beach can also have a perceived affect, so keep that in mind. And of course your family will have their own sense of time that will, based on the laws of familial physics, not match your own.

The British Summer is always non-linear.
We get two days of Summer followed by three days of Winter, followed by two days of Spring, three more days of Summer, sometimes all four seasons on one day...and so it goes.
