I like the raw sound.  I especially like the guitar sounds.  Drums are a little muddy.  Overall mix is good.  I bet your group is fun watch live.

What's the meter at the beginning? 17/8?   Fun!

I can definitely hear the King Crimson/Adrien Belew influences in this song.  I like this kind of music, and you play it well.  Nicely produced.

    All the best,

Thanks all, you can check out the full CD at reclaim.bandcamp.com, just putting the final touches in now. @Lynn We're aware of KC, I think we all own Discipline, and the drummer is a big KC fan, so the repeated guitar ostinato is definitely crimsonn-esque, but hopefully there's our own stamp there. Our tracks vary in style so check out the other stuff. Thanks for your comments!

dirty groove, I like man. Love the Bass! Few of those riffs have an Irish rock horslips feel to them but overall prob not that genre.

Thanks Cian. the bass sound is mainly an Alembic Epic 5 walnut, ernie ball slinky strings with EH Bassballs effect with an Aphex punch factory and Aphex Bass enhancer pedal behind it through a warick amp and cab- recorded with a llarge diaphragm red audio RV8!! Then a bit of pro channel to fit into the mix...

At the beginning? It's all 4/4 dude. there are 3 6/4 bars in the noisy guitar bit before the second chorus though, but that's it for the odd meters for this song. ;-)
