MIDI-Plugins: Get no sound

Hello! I downloaded a MIDI-arpeggiator (called Kirnu). I inserted the arpeggiator as software synth in Sonar Studio. You can see that Kirnu receives MIDI-signals. But I could not manage to get a sound. As a MIDI-beginner, I do not know, how to send the modified MIDI-signal to a softsynth to get a sound. As MIDI-controller, I use a a breath controller (Midi-signal 02, also possible: aftertouch, velocity, expression 11). Do I have to make certain settings in the MIDI plugins or in Sonar or in the used softsynths? I tried also a MIDIchords-Plugin which did not work.

Try searching the forum for Kirnu. I remember reading instructions for it somewhere here.
Actually, I need to do it as well in the near future.

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.
