Tempo Tap function - Where is it?

Hi,

Where is the tempo tap button in X1?
I can get to it my going to view/tempo and add a tempo change...
But how do I get straight to it without going through a lot of menu items?

    As far as I can tell, there is no single shortcut key to take you directly to the function, but it is a simple matter of ALT+j, SHIFT+T, then click the button to begin tapping your tempo. You could probably create a key binding to do it quicker, though.

    That is sad, they could have put it by the main tempo...or tapping on top of the "tempo" would change it to the "tapped" tempo. I use this function a lot when the drummer just gives me the tempo he wants with his drum sticks.

    set it as a custom keybinding if you want it to be instantly accessible
