    Thanks for posting this. I finally picked up the Slate VCC because of this sale. A little late to the party, but I love it.

    Thanks for posting this. I finally picked up the Slate VCC because of this sale. A little late to the party, but I love it.

    Make sure you see this thread about driving the VCC--it works best when it is on all tracks and pushed harder than you think it should be pushed.   http://forum.cakewalk.com/tm.aspx?m=2526425  Also see this groove3 video about calibration  http://www.groove3.com/str/slate-digital-vcc-explained.html  When I calibrated my VCC to be more sensitive, it really enhanced its ability to make an audible difference.
