WTH

I'm working along fine and suddenly when I arm one tack, it arms all tracks. Solo one, all solo. Cursor does not return to now time on the timelnie.
Did I hit some secret key combo?
Must be something obvious... geez. I jst don't see it.

That's usually a sign that it's time to save your project, do a complete shutdown, and boot up after a few minutes.

Sometime things just get funky and you have to do that.

    I think it's ctrl-W that toggles the return-to-now-time or set-a-new-one-at-stop behaviour!

Ctrl-clicking on solo, mute or arm when having all tracks selected would affect all the tracks. Could it be that your ctrl key was stuck or something?

That's what I was thinking, Sven, it sounds like his ctrl key got stuck.

Grouping of some sort? Either quick or permanent.

May sure your keyboard is functioning OK.  Maybe blow it out with some air or try another one.

You'll likely find your keyboard is fine.  Then just follow Bub's suggestions.
