error message when saving profile change

 It might be the wrong place to discuss this, but i always get an error message when i want to save the changes in the profile editor. I tried with several computers but gave up. Contacting cakewalk for this matter is difficult (you can only ask tech specs or serialnumbers probs?)Any ideas? I'm using firefox by the way. Michael

    FBB: thank you very much; i was happy to read not being alone with that problem, but now : still i am. I tried that copy/paste/wordpad method, but to no avail. i still get this: HTTP Error 500 -internal server error (didn't know that this forum software is runned by playground.net, sounds kinda funny to me...). we can close this thread, i will move over to the coffehouse to avoid double discussions.     After a good sleep and a resetted brain i had success in changing the profile;
    it was a bit tricky but thanks to bapu and FBB all is done now.
