Pro Channel purchase not showing up in Pro Channel

Hello I purchased the PC2A compressor for the Pro Channel (x1 producer expanded) and installed it but it is not showing up in the Pro Channel!
I tried restarting the pc and all but no luck.  What am I doing wrong?  Thanks in advance.


 Emu 1820M, Roland Quad Capture , Tascam US-2x2, NI Maschine 2.2, Yoga 13, 4960 i7 DAW with Sonar Platinum, Reaper, and all Sony's.  Roland GR 700, GM 70, GR 33,  GP-10 VG-8EX,  MMP-2,  VE-2 VM3100PRO/RPC-1,  Ibanez IMG 2010, Godin LGXT,  Variax 600/300/300 nylon,  Pod HD 500, Bose L1 MII/T1-DB,  Digitech Vocalist Live 4, Xenix 1204USB FX.

    rescan vsts or as Brandon from cakewalk pointed out in the caklewalk blog set up Sonar to scan for new vsts on opening.

    Thank you very much!  I just didn't think of it as a vst effect.  I guess I need to make music more often.  I started with Cakewalk 1.0 for dos that I bought from Greg when he was a 1 man shop.   So cool to see it now and all  it can do.
