This sure takes a lot of twists and turns! I think it would make a great film score.

Hi kev, a really like the arrangement. I suggest more stereo imaging with the pads and strings. I hear some left and right field parts but overall, this could sound bigger and wider without too much tweaking at all. Love the bass part bom bom bom.... Rimshot

I love the edgy feel to this. I agree with Rimshot though - it sounds a bit narrow.

This is dark and edgy for sure, and quite a good job of programming. I agree with widening the mix, but otherwise this is cool.

dubdisciple Very reminiscent of some of the more jazz influenced Drum and Bass artists like LTJ Bukem: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=394ixoxmySA&feature=related I love the contrast of the intricate drum programming and laid back jazz feel. Yep I've heard LTJ Bukems stuff-love that kind of Drum and Bass music :) Thks Kev

Kev, I think if you widened the sound stage , found a better place on stage for the percussion , moved a few things around and then adjusted the level of the strings , . You would have a super hip and slick modern sounding Noir. all the best, Kenny

Not an imitation at all. This is dark, cool Jazz at its best. I just wish it had have been a bit longer as the music was really drawing me in. Great orchestration and the mix sounded fine to me.
