How-to request: Record stop/slowdown effect

Anybody know any easy methods to recreate the record slow down effect that is so commonly popular right now?  I have gotten close with chopping and pitching down via grooveclips every sixteenth note but it is super laborious and my hope is there's a better DXI/VST plugin I can use to create an automated envelope.

Does anyone know or have any suggestions?  I haven't not had much luck searching online for a plugin that accomplishes this on-trend so right now that's so prevalent in Ke$ha, Britney, LMFAO, etc tracks.

There was an interesting article in Wired magazine last year about these gold farmers, who are mostly in China. Young folks are recruited from rural areas to live in boxes with 11 other people, work incredibly long hours "playing" online games to collect virtual gold to sell. Imagine punching a clock 7 days a week to play World of Warcraft for 12 hours a day. Regular players routinely gang up on them, sometimes mistakenly.
