Fixed bleeding issue, now I have more issues.. clipping and so on

Hey guys not sure if I have a latency problem or not, but went into my aiso panel and turned the latency all the way down, and now  I have clipping and what almost sounds like fast forwarding when I play back, not even sure what it could be.. I am recording acoustic but I am using an electric acoustic and I am plugged direct into the duo capture could that be the problem...

what am I missing..

Check that both the audio interface and SONAR are set to the same sampling rate and bit depth. They have to be the same.
