There is a place for ambivalence when it comes to the pure and direct communication of fact without the coloration of personal interpretation of those facts. Like a policeman asking a bystander what happened. "Just gimme the facts please." Kinda like computers or even many teachers I have had in the past.
Humans that show ambivalence either don't have an opinion either way, or some may choose not to share their opinion for different reasons.
How's that?
