Yes search function is pretty poor. Use google type in "Site:forum.cakewalk.com your search string" that works really well.

Try a Google search to find missing topics. It has worked for me in the past. Just include Sonar forum and subject and it usually does the job. Sorry...double post. FBB already made suggestion.

Hmm..must remember that Google tip. The forum search is unbelievable and unpredictable. Sometimes I havent found my own posts even by writing the exact thread title.

I found this thread by typing 'Frog Banana Rimsky-Korsakov' You just have to think outside of the box. Google works as suggested as long as 'forum.cakewalk' is in the decription .

But what do I do if the frog eats the banana before I've ripped your corset off?

jeffb63 But what do I do if the frog eats the banana before I've ripped your corset off? Then that will take you to the Hardware forum results.

Juat do a Google search outside of the forum and it may find the post you want.

i'm using Google chrome and can't figure out how to get the button? John, it seems that the Google Toolbar rather ironically doesn't work with Google Chrome.

I can't wait to gloat tell Bapsi that Straummy also helped FBB It does save a lot of time in IE Karl. Especially seeing as by highlighting any text on an IE webpage automatically inserts the selected text into the Google toolbar search window, you then just hit the site search button. I hope the FF version works as well.

Actually, I may have to edit my reply to John - I have the Google Toolbar installed and working in Firefox. How do I know which version of FF I'm running?
