Running X1 with 8.5...

Now that all these update patches have been released fr X1, is anyone still having problems running 8.5 with X1 or X1 Expanded installed?

Reason I ask is, I am in the process of mixing and mastering an album I finished recording and editing in 8.5, and have heard of the issues running 8.5 with X1 installed early on.. 

So just wondering if those issues were fixed somewhere with all the update patches in X1.. Thanks!

    I don't have Expanded, but have X1d, and my 8.5 installation still works the same as it did before--which is to say, better and more reliably than X1.

    X1 expanded with latest update & 8.5.3 running on the same Win7 64-bit laptop here.

    I record using 8.5.3 for maximum screen space, and mix/master on X1 because of the Concrete Limiter.

    I now only have X1d Expanded on my system, and I have ZERO problems opening up older projects created in earlier version of Sonar.

    CbB, Platinum, 64 bit throughout

    I have 8.5.3 installed along with X1 but haven't had cause to use it (8.5.3) in quite some time.

    I second this post. I occasionally open 8.5.3 and it works fine. Good luck prying X1D Expanded from me though.

    Running 8.53 and X1 exp D. Using 8.53 for Tuning/timing adjustments (since fastbounce is doesn't work with antares/melodyne as of X1ExpD.) Still works as expected in 8.53.
