Multisample not found.....this is driving me nuts
I'm working on a tune where I used Session Drummer 3 and a Smartloops sample set (Thunder Kit). The external drive letter somehow changed from J to K recently, so X1 is trying to find the kit in a drive letter that now doesn't exist. I didn't want to change the letter of the drive back, so I deleted Session Drummer and reinserted it loading the same Thunder Kit, but on the C drive. I saved the tune but when I reopen, X1 keeps giving error messages "Multisample not found" on drive J. I have to click through something like 12 errors that pertain to each drum piece to get to the song. How can I get Sonar to stop looking for this on the wrong drive?

Go into Windows Administrative Tools - Computer Management - Disk Management. right click the disk, select Change Drive letter and Paths and set the drive letter back to the original letter. That should keep it from changing.

re-save the kit after loading

Either change the drive letter back to its original or edit the Windows registry to modify the registry keys that tell the instrument where to find its Multisample folder hierarchy.

if the kit definition file is SFZ format you can edit that in a text editor
