Sonitus presets gone after reinstall

I've read all the posts on missing presets and they're all about losing custom stuff that you created yourself and didn't backup somewhere. In my case, it's the default presets that are missing. What could have gone wrong and how do I get them back? Thanks - rev

Thanks - now that you mentioned it, this happened to me once before but I forgot you could do a Custom option.
