Geesh I did it again! (Need help with NOW marker)

I know this is a simple fix, and I should have written down what Cake support told me 6 months ago when it happened before, but I thought I could ask for some help here on the forum. I'm playing a track and watching the NOW marker move across my screen, but when it gets to the right, the screen doesn't refresh to show the rest of the song playing. The song is playing, yet the screen stays static. I can scroll until I see the marker again, and it is moving as the song is playing. I'm stumped! Thanks in advance, -Red

it's the scroll lock key that sorts that one,

the other one that crops up every now and then is, If you happen to get the time jumping that's the pause break key (it's a feature for using less processor power)

Also, after playing pack, if you then select a clip, the screen will stay there and you can scroll anywhere you want until you deselect the selected clip(s) - this is a good thing.
