As a back track, its ok, but I guess I would like to hear the rest of the song before really commenting on the mix. Adding in vocals and leads will change the overall mix characteristics dramatically.

Love it.  It does seem like vocals would be sweet on this.  Maybe even just some vocal one shots?  I would want to hear some sort of screaming in this   Reminds me some of Metallica whom I really like a lot.  Very enjoyable track.

I agree with foxwolfen that this needs something else to be considered a finished track. However, this has a lot of cool things going for it, and it could be a gem if you come up with the right part(s). I just saw Evanescence last week, so I'm thinking a little Amy Lee would hit the spot. Anyway, you have a solid foundation to build on.

    All the best,
