Top section of Track Inspector inaccessible

Finally made the upgrade from SPE5 to X1PE and of course taking a few days to get acquainted with and adjust to some of the new/different things.

What I can't find is info on how to rearrange the modules in the Track Inspector (the MIDI controls, not the audio, and specifically the strip on the right). Two MIDI controllers I use a lot, reverb and chorus, are "offscreen" at the top and the only way to gain access to them is to undock the Inspector and stretch the top edge all the way up. And of course when undocked, the Inspector blocks a good portion of the Track list so I have to keep undocking/re-docking it all the time.

So my question is, is there a way to close, or even just collapse, any of the individual modules of the Track Inspector's right-side strip, or even be able to rearrange some of them? I see that there's a way to remove certain sections for audio tracks, but if there's a way to do that for MIDI I sure can't find it! Even being able to scroll up the strip with the mouse wheel would satisfy me.

My display is 1366 X 768, which is as high as it goes. I've installed the X1d update.

Anyone relate to or have any info on this...?

You can make the top pane of the inspector disappear by clicking on whichever top tab is selected (clip, track, or ProCh). Hopefully your 768 is enough then.

    Thanks for chiming in, BV.

If you're talking about the "Properties" dropdowns, that's not the problem. Even with them closed, the top of the Inspector is still cut off by the upper dock boundaries. I just discovered that hiding the Control Bar puts the top section of the Inspector juuust within reach, though. I guess that's a reasonable enough workaround.

I'd still like to have the option of rearranging, collapsing, or closing altogether any module in those sections...

You can rearrange easily by clicking on the border of a section and dragging and dropping it to a new location.

You can add or delete sections by right-clicking and checking or unchecking them.

There's not much they haven't thought of. You just have to find them.l

    Hey Dave

I think you're referring to the Control Bar and how to hide/rearrange the modules along there. I'm talking about the Track Inspector and looking for a way to hide/rearrange the modules there (the same way it's done on the Control Bar).
