Change Length/Pitch of Clips

I want to change the length of a clip and have the pitch change correspondingly. I'm transfering old four track stuff that was originally recorded at double speed over to digital. All the settings I've tried with Length and Fit to Time have kept the pitch the same even as they've sped it up. That's certainly desirable in other scenarios, but doesn't help me here.

Seems like I did this over a decade ago in Pro Audio 9 and, unless I'm fabricating the memory, I'm sure there's a way to do it now; I'm just having trouble figuring it out. I'll keep looking through the manual, but if any of you know the answer, please chime in and save me a few minutes. Thanks.

Well, I figured out how to do it Sound Forge, so in the short term I'm good. If this is possible in Sonar and anyone knows how to do it, though, please let me know. In the future it would be nice to be able to do this without exporting to another program.

    Thanks.
