Are we missing threads again?
I just happen to be listening to Eric Gales today and remember Ubiquitous Bubba had posted about him in the "What are you listen to?" [sic] thread, but I can't find the thread using search... Did it get pruned for some reason?

Old55 No. I never find anything with the search function either. http://forum.cakewalk.com/tm.aspx?m=2552534 Ha! Thanks Jan but get this... That wasn't the fred that UB posted about Eric Gales in. Oh well! I just finished listening to his first album (twice) and am now listening to Crystal Vision from 15 years later. The newer album is more bluesy but still pretty dang good.

Weird... Discogs and Wiki don't show much of anything about Eric! There's like one other album listed but I'm pretty sure he's got a few. I guess I'll have to go on a search safari! BRB...

Old55 Google to the rescue: Thanks Jan. I got lost for a minute there and you reminded me about Google. I found myself and now I'm back... YAY!

Here we go - these are just his (not him playing on someone elses album which is a much longer list!): 1991: The Eric Gales Band1993: Picture of a Thousand Faces1996: The Gales Brothers: Left Hand Brand2001: That's What I Am2006: Crystal Vision2007: The Psychedelic Underground2008: The Story of My Life2009: Layin' Down the Blues2010: Relentless2011: Transformation Duh... I've even got a couple of these but searched my collection for "Eric Gales Band" and they aren't under that! *Sheesh!* I'm giving up on searching. Oh well, my consolation is that I get to listen to the others now too!

It's good to have Google in case the bread crumbs don't work. It works better than the forum software. I sometimes forget that it will find a freds here in the CH.
