Snare Clap

Can anybody show me where is the clap sound? I am trying to put it in my house music, those snare clapping sound as a drum beat. Hope u know what I mean. Can't seem to find it anywhere.

    I am assuming its a layered sound. Take a snare sample and a clap sample and play them at the same time. tweak the sounds to get the exact effect you want.

    In GM drum sets it's mapped to note 39 (Eb) but could well be different depending on your drum synth. That sort of info should be available in the documentation of the synth.

    If you own SessionDrummer you'll find that typical house clap sound in
    all the Rhythm Machine kits too, on the same note as in the GM-kits.
    (note number 39, that is)
