Getting my setup back to 8.5

So, I have the DVDs for the 8.0 PE I purchased. I got a free upgrade at some point back in the day to 8.5 because I purchased that 8.0 upgrade after some date or another, but I don't have the 8.5 upgrade around anymore. Is there anywhere I can download that upgrade anymore? I'm just not interested in X1 really. 8.5 worked fine for me, and I can't justify the upgrade cost. I see my 8.0 purchase in my account, but there's nothing there or anywhere else I can find to download the 8.5 upgrade. I know that they want to sell X1, but it seems that they should be obligated to keep the existing purchased or owed upgrades available. Am I just missing something obvious?

It should be in your account. Even if it's not they can provide a link but you will need to give some details and then they should be able to confirm all this fairly quickly. You need to contact Cakewalk as it's a matter only they can deal with.

I just checked mine as I got the 8.0 > 8.5 free upgrade also.

It's there in my account along with the d/l link.

In fact I have 2 x 8.5's showing (maybe I have yours too... ) but my V7 info no longer appears...  Not that it matters anymore.

So I conclude that it 'should' be there still so it would seem Customer Support is the only way to go.  They will be able to check from your 8.0 registration date that you qualified for 8.5 so it shouldn't be a problem.
