New toys, no instructions?
I got the Concrete Limiter, the PC4K gate and compressor and PC2A leveling amp and was looking for some instructions that would come with them that might apply to their features & specifics. Do I just study up on Limiters, gates and compressors in general (which I have done to some degree) and apply that? Perhaps they assume I would know how to use these before buying? Lol. I guess I will in future.

Clicking somewhere within any of the ProChannel module's GUI's (not the modules header strip)and pressing F1 will bring up the help file associated with that particular module. It will tell you how to operate each element within the module. It wont teach you about EQ, Compression, Limiting etc. To illustrate: when you buy a car its assumed you can already drive. Even the owner's manual wont teach you how to drive, only how to operate the various features of the car. Is that a useful analogy.

Clicking in a bounded/distinct area of the GUI to bring up the help files is a universal SONAR function. If you click in the Browser and press F1 guess what, same in the Track View, console view, PRV, Staff view, Inspector, all the views and then some. To find them all, simply experiment.

Just as an additional caution on this. If you are running under elevated user permissions (regular user and running X1 as administrator) the F1 help function sometimes fails to work. If you are logged on as a user with Administrative permissions this is not a problem and F1 works quite well. Glen
