I need help creating/shuffling track templates

Hi.. I got a suggestion from Kev999 about making track templates.  My default template that opens is  16 track audio.  I have the first two tracks armed to record right  when it opens. So my keyboard is stereo in Track 1 and my vocal mic is in track two.  I created and saved a couple of seperate VST plugins, one of them is a vst plugin in track 3 named SYNTHONE and a corresponding midi track 4 named SYNTHONEMIDI. then I made a different VST plugin for track 5 called SYNTHTWO and a corresponding midi track output to it called SYNTHTWOMIDI ... could be FLstudio and FLstudiomidi or whatever.  
  So then I saved the track templates. 
  Later I have my default keyboard and voice template open with 14 empty tracks. And I like the keys and vocal hook I have going..or whatever so then I want to add my preset synth configuration and I go to INSERT> Insert From Track Template... and then I insert and it lands running on track 17 and 18.  So it won't import the empty tracks in the template.  way to go sonar how cool that is.
    so I kind of got it solved going through the help request. and I wrote all that??  well does anybody have anything to add???
