win7 64bit sleeping hard drive

Hi,

I am quite ashamed of asking such a questions after spending so many years tweaking my DAWs but the fact is that this system has been so stable that I haven't needed to fix anything for a long time...and forgot most of the tricks...
My hard drives go into sleeping mode when not in use...and when I need a plugin that needs it they take a few scones to wakeup...How to I disable this behavior?

Thanks

Joni
