How to draw in modulation wheel information???
Can't seem to work out how to do this??? Not sure if I've actually done this before in Sonar or if I'm just remembering my Cubase days... Had to pull some of my notes back, and the modulation isn't occurring when it needs to. much thanks in advance.

I'm talking about in the piano roll window where modulation wheel information shows up along with velocity information...??? Is there anyway to edit it manually within this view???

The image below shows how to add Pitch Wheel data but the process is the same. 1: Click Notes/Velocity and select Modulation 2: Select Modulation 3: Shows the new lane where you can manually enter data with the draw tool. 4: Click the blue box above Notes/Velocity to show/hide data. This is a VERY basic description and I suggest you use the Help file to read up on controller use in the PRV.

Iron Keys Thanks a tonne, guys. Immensely appreciated! Here's a little feature that you might also find useful. Convert Midi to Shapes. After you have inserted controller data in the track (could be just one event), select the track in the Track View, then go to the Edit Menu and click the three little arrows at the bottom of the Edit Menu. There you can enable Convert Midi to Shapes. What this does is create a controller envelope in the track. Just like a volume or pan envelope, you can now add and move around nodes on the envelope. When you select Convert Midi to Shapes, a box will open where you can select which kind of controller the envelope will affect. This box is identical to the New Value Type box you access in the PRV. Anyway, Convert Midi to Shapes will allow you to edit the controllers in the track view so you don't have to use the PRV. Nodes added to the envelope will not show up in the PRV controller lane, as far as I know.
