Matrix View - Problems capturing Performances

Has anyone had a problem in recording in Matrix View. Whenever I try to capture my Matrix performance, the recording of each new cells jumps ahead by about a 8th note??? rendereing Matrix Useless. I called tech and they too replicated this issue! I've got the most upto date Sonar Xd.

How are you recording it, are you using a controller or a mouse?

Could it be related to timing or something to do with latency/computer.

Maybe there is some kind of an adjustment for the latency that is off somehow with the soundcard's clock or something.

Nobody else has giving any kind of feedback to this point; I'm just throwing it out there.

    Hope it helps

    Cheers,

I've tried using both my controller and mouse. Same result. I'll investigate my latency and clock settings. If nobody is has this issue then its got to be with my setup. Although I haven't had any latency issues in the past.

    Thanks
