1st EP- Young Gunned

Hey All, Just started recording out of my spare bedroom at my apartment recently and cut my 1st EP. It's for my daughter's ex- boyfriend's indie folk band, Emergency Room and Company. Wanted to share a couple tracks in their final state. I added the piano, orchestration and mastered as best as I could with what I know.     Well, I didn't even listen to the first one because of the theme.  That is wierd.  The 2nd song is very nice.  Relaxing to listen to.

    I just listened to both songs, and I have to say, the way you approached them is very unique and creative.  Fortunately, I couldn't follow the lyrics on the second song, but enjoyed the musical backing.  You have a very different voice which may be an acquired taste for some, but didn't bother me.  There were places in the 2nd song that were pitchy, but one could take if for an artistic effect.  That song reminded me very much of a song by Bob Dylan, "I Shall Be Released".  Other than that, the overall production is clean and well defined.  The lead vocal could be a little louder, but not much.  All in all, very interesting.
