Does your Now Time "line" in TV change color?

Does your Now Time "line" in TV change color?

I just noticed this on my 32 bit system.
 
Occassionally while clicking around to different points in the song, the "line" will turn yellow for no apparent reason.
 
It's color is NOT listed as changeable in Preferences.
