Fatal Error changing Track Icon

On my 32 bit system I have one project that causes a Fatal Error (Unhandled Exception) when DOUBLE-CLICKING to loading a track icon in CV but not in TV.
If I RIGHT-CLICK to change it, it does not crash.
 
The only way I see to fix this is to clone/insert a new track and delete the old one.
