Looking for a new desk advice

My current setup: Sonar 8, Windows 7 (32-bit) PC, Tascam 1804 (8 channel recording), Behringer B-Control (8 channel fader), Alesis M1 Mk2 Active monitors.

When recording bands, I borrow a Mackie 1604 desk.

I would really like to be able to record more than 8 tracks simultaneously, so thought of replacing the Tascam, Behringer & Mackie with a single unit.

Budget is around £3000.

I quite like the Tascam DM-3200.   I thought the Allen & Heath Zed R16 was good, but the lack of motorised faders puts me off.

Any other suggestions?

I like the Tascam DM 3200 but I think I just may get the DM 4800. That sexy beast would look great in my studio set up on an Argossy Console desk!

Studio Cat DAW!, Focusrite Saffire Pro 40, Fractal Audio Axe FX, TC Helicon  Alesis Midiverb 4, M Audio Axiom 49, Kurzweil PC3X, Korg Triton, Roland Gaia and on and on and on!
