Color of Active Track info header background...

I'm trying to get used to X1d's default color schemes.  The one thing I would like to change however is the color of the background of the active tracks info header (where the name, record status, freeze, pan, etc...stuff is).  The just a bit lighter grey that's the default is not enough of a contrast for me.  When I go into the Colors dialog and change the "Active Track" to a lighter color nothing happens...even if I "apply" then "ok" then close and restart Sonar.  Am I choosing the wrong thing to change?  So...is it possible to change the background color of the track info box when selected (I know Panu can do it) and if so...how or what do I change?  Thanks.

    You can't change it in SONAR. Background color is a PNG image and it's stored in the DLL file.

    That's one thing I appreciated in v8.3.1, the ability to modify all the colors. 

    I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left...

    Dark Side X1d was released in three hours after X1d patch was available. :-) There are also "Active Track" mods available to replace only the selected track background color you're after.

    was 8.5 still able to edit colors?

    Got my Darkside but the only Active track thingy I saw was "Blue".  Can I just use my Grey one that I used on X1c??

    Sorry for being a dunce but I don't the RGB value.  But it's the same one that you used for the "light grey" active track in X1c if that helps, ol pal:-)

    Anything else I can provide ol pal??  I've still got my "light grey" file from X1c if that will work...if not just let me know.  How would I devine the RGB value?

    Background color does not need to be solid color - it can be horizontal gradient, too, and a free image with some restrictions (X1 stretches image in a special way from the center leaving borders intact - hard to explain because I don't know the exact method myself).
