What offline algo for distorted guitars using audiosnap?

Saw a tutorial using audiosnap for aligning vocals. Didn't know it would work as well as it did for this. He used the Radius solo vocal for bouncing. But what algo should be used for electric guitar? The radius mix? Any help appreciated.

The vanilla radius mix (as opposed to the advanced/solo variations) is probably your best bet. That's what I've used in the past.

Thanks FBB! By the way, I've downloaded some of your videos from Youtube for reference. I really like 'em. Thanks for those as well. P.S. If that's a no no, I'll delete them.

What was the tutorial for aligning vocals? I'd like to have a look at that.

That's fine with me. I'm flattered you've found them useful. Perhaps I've found a new part time career path.

@Blade: It was the Groove3 "Mixing with Sonar X1". The main thing I didn't realize was how much better the offline render sounded compared to the online one. Whenever I've tried Audiosnap the results were so flangy with artifacts I gave up. The guy in the video Aligned several backing vocal tracks with relative ease. One thing was to be sure to only have the transient markers that are needed active. For longer held out notes, disable all the interior markers to keep the held out pitch from going all "wobbly" on you.
