Messed up mixer view

OK - I don;t think irt's called the "mixer view" - but I forget the name of it - it's the one with all the faders on it..  Anyway - when I used to use it - the Master and Metronome fader used to be all the way on the left and the track faders used to start on the far left and go straigth across.  I did somethnig - and I don;t know what - because now the Master and Metronome are in the middle of the page.  I usually have a lot of tracks - so when I get to mixing I have to manually drag these over to the far left.  I tried draggfin them lsef and saving the file - no good - it still opens in the middle of the screen.  HELP please ! ! !

Thanks

Would it be possible for you to post a screencap of that screen (Console)?. Or a link to the screencap online?

Sorry Chappel - don;t know how to do that - especially since the computer I use for recording is dedicated to that and has no internet access.  Yes - conspole view - the faders for the Master and the Metronome are in the middle of the page instead of on the far right whjere they used to be (I think I mistakenly said they were far left in my original post)

The image below is of an area at the bottom left of the Console. The area I have hi-lited in red shows three buttons that show/hide tracks, buses and mains. They can have a big effect on how things look in the Console. So can the two buttons at the bottom of the hi-lited area, which are for wide or narrow strips. Try fiddling with those to see if you can get the Console to look the way you wanted.

just a thought-not in the studio at the moment but i think you can move any strips by clicking and dragging them to wherever- try grabbing them up in the empty grey area and dragging them far left or right.
    not advice-just a thought

Chappel - will try that tomorrw when I am bqack at the studio computer.  Webbs Hill - yes - I know I can drag them - no problem with that =-  but the master used to always be on the far right and my tracks on the far left.  Now the Master is in the middle of the screen - and when I drag it right - it only stays there while I am using that screen - if I leave that screen and then go back to it - the master is in the middle of the screen again.  Frustrating having to keep moving it.
