Reason 6 X64 + Sonar X1D = Screwy MIDI?

Hello Forums,

So I have Sonar X1d Open. Then I have Reason 6 rewired and open. 

I create 2 instruments in (Let's name them arbitrarily Thor 1 and Combinator 1) Reason. I create two MIDI tracks in Sonar and out them to the respective instruments in Reason.

However, the output is all jumbled. Sometimes one track might send to both instruments, or to only one, or to the one that is NOT selected.

Has anyone else has this issue? Does anyone know how to work around it?
