Not hearing Melodyne???

Using X1 on my HP Elitebook 8560.....Connected Melodyne to Sonar through ReWire... Basically added ReWire device -> Melodyne and then it created what looks like a software synth track.... I then dragged the audio file out of Sonar and into Melodyne ...Problem is I only hear the original out-of-tune vocal when I play it... I can't hear anything that Melodyne is doing. I tried doing really drastic stuff just to hear SOMETHING but I'm still getting only the dry vocal. Can someone please help me with this?? Greatly appreciated!
