where is the production pack serial number?

where is the production pack serial number?

there are 2 serial numbers on the black of the production dvd pack, i think one is for guitar rig 3, and i use the other one which print on the yellow stiker, but the software said invaid. any suggestion?

    yes checking you email,cake sent this info when you regestered your product.

    if not then carefullt input those numbers again,check to make sure of the obvious "caps on"?

    it will work,take your time.

    if not send a request to customer support and ask for a email with the info.like you recieved at first.

    I don't think I have register the product, do I need to regist first to get the serial?

    I just try yo install the software in my wife's old computer, the serial works find, but then i try my mac again, it doesn't work, is it because i install the software in the ma before, and i need to uninstall it first?
