Vintage Keyboards pack problem [+Rapture problem]

I'm going to apologize in advance if this is repetitive. I've only done cursory investigating through these forums. Bought "Vintage Keyboards" sound pack. Every time I try to access one of them I get "IDS_Multisample_Not_Found." Then a separate box relating the same thing as xxx.sfz or .sfx file not found. Hmm .... Anyone have thoughts? Also, DL'ed Rapture Expansion Packs. Rapture does not find them. Pressed F5. No joy. Copied folders to probably 6 different directories [based on my reading here]. Still no joy. Any thoughts?     Warning: I'm a n00b. Could it be a registration issue? Sometimes you have to "Run As Administrator" to get stuff like that to work. Just a thought.
