Clip Envelopes and Audiosnap in Sonar 8.53

I made what has turned out to be a big mistake in upgrading to Sonar X1 from Sonar 5. I can only advise anyone thinking of switching to X1 to download the trial version and really put it through its paces before committing to an upgrade.... long story!  That aside I'd like to know the following details about Sonar 8.53 as it might just be a better upgrade for me.

1. Can clip envelopes be applied to individual clips in a track or must they be applied to all the clips in that track?

2.  Can audio Snap (i.e. transient mapping) be applied to individual clips or does it have to be applied to all the clips in a track?

3. On removing audio snap data does the project file (CWP) size return to normal or does all that data overhead remain?

(As far as I can tell Sonar X1d cannot apply either of these things to individual clips without affecting all clips on the same track. Also the extra data cannot be removed even if you decide you don't want it and this can seriously impact of performance.)

Clip envelopes can be applied to individual clips. AudioSnap can be applied to individual clips. AudioSnap data remains in the project file until you bounce the clip.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.
