Why hasn't anyone created a device...

that allows all the faces guitarists make while playing to be used as an FX controller?

 In order, then, to discover the limit of deepest tones, it is necessary not only to produce very violent agitations in the air but to give these the form of simple pendular vibrations. - Hermann von Helmholtz, predicting the role of the electric bassist in 1877.

    there's no standardization of facial correlation to controller modes.  what's a scrunch to you is a confused look to someone else and so on.  once the bureau of standards realizes this is a potential area for technological advances (and thus government tax income) a standard can be written by a board of directors of 15 companies who have nothing to do with guitarists or controllers but know what face making is all about and then we can move forward with the technology.

    And 32bits should be more than enough.

     Thats one scary muggly there.....he looks like a cadaver before the mortician worked on him. Sneezing and facial twitching could be disasterous, although on the bright side I'm sure the software engineers could work that out.
