Home Studio 6 - recommend me a video codec

When exporting to video, I would like to use a codec that isn't very high video quality and that's quick to render and also preserves the audio quality. Any suggestions? I experimented a little but it takes a long time when I make mistakes, I once selected something unsuitable, a 5 minute video took 20 minutes to render and ended up being 6GB in size.
